Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Savannah is excited to bring her knowledge and experience to the Richmond market. She has spent the last six years honing in on her real estate skills through personal real estate investments before converting her know-how into a professional setting. She intimately understands the intersection between brokers, clients, landlords, and tenants having been on all sides of the transaction at some point in the past.

Before embarking on her real estate career, Savannah spent many years traveling the world and sailing the high seas. She continues her passion for travel by getting to better know her new home state of Virginia and the Richmond Metro area. Having grown up in Portland with connections to the food scene, Savannah is uniquely interested in partnering with restaurants and visionaries of all types. With experience in interior design, Savannah is adept at guiding clients through prospective spaces and thrives under any budget with her creativity and flair for design. In her free time, Savannah enjoys spending time with her family outside, ideally with delicious food in hand. She is dedicated to the Sperity ethos to inspire, prosper and bring integrity to every action. Savannah is also happy to assist any Spanish or French speaking clients. She lives in Midlothian with her husband and young son.
