Veronica Wiles
Sales and Leasing Agent
Veronica King Wiles is a native of Virginia and has lived in the Richmond area for 30+ years. She was raised in a family of nine siblings, where she quickly learned the skills and value of negotiation and how to bring people together from different vantage points to achieve the best possible outcome.
After her studies in Business at Virginia Commonwealth University, she married and she was blessed to raise three now-adult children with her husband.
Over the last 25 years Veronica has enjoyed being involved in community outreach and church and civic organizations. In the civic community she was a member of Parent Teachers Organizations, President of Swim Team Boards, a Room Mother, Softball Coach, and Talent show manager and director. In her church communities, she directed Children’s productions, served on Mission Committees, sang in choirs, lead and hosted a Community Group in her home, and presently serves for a 5th year as a Mentor Mom to MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers).
As her children thrived and grew older, she provided executive leadership to her husband’s mortgage brokerage firm. Serving for 8 years, their company helped hundreds of Virginia residents secure financing for their real estate transactions.
Before transitioning to real estate, she owned and operated a residential and commercial cleaning business, where she served a highly selective clientele. She managed and facilitated cleaning services to churches, corporate apartments, and homes ranging from 2000 to 12,000 square feet.
Veronica has been a vital part of the team since mid-2016, and has quickly made a name for herself in representing tenants and buyers in a variety of industries. She has been particularly active in working with women business owners, both in start-ups and well-established companies.
